Date of Event : 11th July 2020
The Cullompton Walronds is holding a Craft Market in the Walrond’s garden on Saturday 11 July, 10am-1pm. The monthly artisan market, usually held in the Walronds house to coincide with the town’s Farmers Market on the second Saturday of each month will, for the foreseeable future and weather permitting, be held in the garden. Light refreshments will be served in the garden, the toilets will be open for visitors and stall holders to use and there will also be a willow demonstration and other activities happening during the market. Social distancing recommendations will be observed.
The markets have been on hold for obvious reasons but will now be back with a ‘bang’, there will be a wide range of stalls in gazebos in the garden and anyone interested in having a stall should please contact either: email@example.com or ring 07872 148211
Trustee Judy Morris explained that “the Walronds has a lovely garden which is open to everyone during the day and the trustees hope to organise events in the garden during the summer months, this Craft Market being the first, to encourage everyone to come and enjoy the garden and also raise much needed funds to carry out essential work to the building to ensure that it remains in a good state of repair”.
